Welcome to RaceHunt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RaceHunt mobile application (the "App") provided by DragonC92Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Real-World Safety & Assumption of Risk
RaceHunt is a location-based game that requires physical movement in the real world. By playing the App, you agree to the following:
- Situational Awareness: You must remain aware of your surroundings at all times. Do not rely solely on the App for navigation.
- Obey the Law: You agree to abide by all applicable local laws, traffic regulations, and pedestrian rules. Do not play while driving, cycling, or operating machinery.
- No Trespassing: You will not trespass on private property, restricted military zones, or dangerous locations to reach Checkpoints or Loot drops.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks relating to your use of the App. DragonC92Team is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or death that occurs while you are playing the game.
2. Anti-Cheating & Fair Play
The integrity of the grid is our top priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating.
- GPS Spoofing: The use of location-falsifying software (GPS spoofers) is strictly prohibited.
- Third-Party Tools: You may not use bots, scripts, modified clients, or any unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Consequences: Any violation of these rules will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, stripping you of all operational data, XP, and rank.
3. User Conduct
As an operative, you are expected to maintain respect for other players. You agree that you will not use the App (including Companion Mode) to:
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the legal rights (including privacy) of others.
- Organize or participate in any illegal activities.
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or guild dynamics.
4. Virtual Items & Property
While exploring the grid, you may acquire virtual items (Common to Mythic loot), Pioneer Merits, and Experience Points (XP). These items:
- Are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own these virtual items.
- Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be sold or transferred to other users outside of official in-app mechanics.
5. Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to play.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to code, UI, map aesthetics, audio, and the RaceHunt brand, are the exclusive property of DragonC92Team. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, at any time, and without notice or liability, particularly if you violate these Terms.
